Your lowest moment is not where God abandons you. It is where He draws closest.
Psalm 34:18 says, "The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit." We often think we need to get ourselves together before God will show up. But the truth is the opposite. God does not wait for you to be whole before He holds you. He meets you in the mess. He sits with you in the silence. He draws near when everyone else pulls away.
Brokenness is not a barrier to God's presence. It is an invitation for it. The cracks in your heart are not signs of failure. They are openings where His light gets in. You do not have to perform strength for the One who already sees your tears.
Where in your life have you been trying to "fix yourself" before letting God in?
