The Altar

God is not looking for the most talented. He is looking for the most willing.

Holy Availability

"Then I heard the voice of the Lord saying, 'Whom shall I send? And who will go for us?' And I said, 'Here am I. Send me!'"

— Isaiah 6:8

God is not looking for the most talented. He is looking for the most willing.

Isaiah 6:8 captures one of the most powerful moments in scripture. God asks a question: "Whom shall I send?" And Isaiah doesn't negotiate. He doesn't list his qualifications. He simply says, "Here am I. Send me."

That phrase changes everything. It's not about having the perfect plan or the right resume. It's about holy availability. It's about shifting from "God, bless what I'm building" to "God, where do You need me today?"

Willingness is the offering God honors most. Not perfection. Not productivity. Just a heart that says yes before it knows the details.

What would change in your life today if you stopped asking God to bless your plans and simply made yourself available for His?
