Your calling isn't sitting on the surface waiting to be picked up. It's buried deep, like treasure in deep water. Proverbs 20:5 tells us that the purposes of a person's heart are deep waters, but one who has insight draws them out. That word 'draws' is intentional. It takes effort. It takes the right tool. And often, it takes the right person. God designed us to need each other. The wise mentor in your life isn't a luxury. They're part of the process. They ask the questions that crack open what you've been carrying quietly for years. They hear the thing you almost said and point straight at it.
