Kingdom Building

One person's vision, clothed in faith, can mobilize a movement.

Catalyst Leadership

"Then I said to them, 'You see the trouble we are in: Jerusalem lies in ruins, and its gates have been burned with fire. Come, let us rebuild the wall of Jerusalem, and we will no longer be in disgrace.' I also told them about the gracious hand of my God on me and what the king had said to me. They replied, 'Let us start rebuilding.' So they began this good work."

— Nehemiah 2:17-18 2:17

One person's vision, clothed in faith, can mobilize a movement. That's exactly what Nehemiah did. He didn't just see the broken wall. He saw what it could become. And when he shared that vision with honesty, clarity, and evidence of God's hand, the people didn't hesitate. They said, 'Let us start rebuilding.' (Nehemiah 2:17-18) That's catalyst leadership. It's not about being the loudest voice in the room. It's about being the clearest. When you combine a God-given vision with the courage to speak it out loud, something shifts. People move. Walls go up. Communities are restored. You don't need a title to lead. You need faith, clarity, and a willingness to say, 'Come, let's build this together.' God has placed something in you that others are waiting to say yes to. The question is: are you willing to say it out loud first? What vision has God placed in your heart that you've been too afraid to share?
