You cannot scroll for six hours a day and wonder why your mind feels far from God.
Romans 12:2 tells us transformation starts in the mind. Not in a sermon. Not in a song. In the mind. And if the world is feeding your mind more than the Word is, your thinking will reflect the world more than it reflects God.
Every algorithm is designed to shape how you think, what you desire, and what you fear. That is not neutral. That is formation. The question is: who is forming you?
Setting boundaries around your screen time is not legalism. It is warfare. You are fighting for the clarity of your own thoughts. You are protecting the space where God speaks.
Renewal does not happen passively. You have to choose what fills your mind.
