You can't carry your calling and everyone's opinion at the same time. ⚡
Paul said it plainly in Galatians 1:10 — if he were still trying to please people, he would not be a servant of Christ. Not "shouldn't be." Would NOT be. That's how incompatible people-pleasing is with Kingdom purpose.
We live in an era where we refresh our screens hoping strangers validate our worth. We edit our convictions to fit the algorithm. We soften the truth so nobody unfollows us. And slowly, quietly, we trade our assignment for applause.
But here's the bold truth: approval addiction is a prison dressed up as popularity. God didn't call you to be palatable. He called you to be faithful.
The moment you stop performing for people is the moment you start walking in power. Your calling was never meant to be crowd-sourced.
Who are you unconsciously performing for today? 🤔
